The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 02.12.2015, for which, C.S.R.No.557 of 2015 has been assigned. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.557 of 2015, enquiry has been conducted and closed. He would further submit that the counter petitioner stated that he will not interfere with petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property. The closure report has also furnished to the petitioner.
