ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondent-Police to complete the investigation and file the final report to connection with Crime No.480 of 2024 1 / 3
within a stipulated time limit.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that, earlier, the petitioner has approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17928 of 2025 to quash the FIR in Crime No.480 of 2024 and the same came to be dismissed on 23.06.2025, with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Now, the investigation is in progress and the prosecution seeks further time for filing the charge-sheet.
3. It is seen from the records that, already, the petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR and the respondent-Police could not proceed with the case further, but however, the said Crl.O.P. was dismissed on 23.06.2025.
4. The respondent-Police is now directed to complete the investigation and file charge-sheet within reasonable time.
