(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants. Though a counsel entered appearance for the respondent, there is no representation on behalf of her.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
