ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise and hence, the Maintenance Case in M.C.No.5 of 2014 itself has been disposed by the trial Court on 30.10.2017.
