(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondent No.1 and Ms.K.Jamuna, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have stated that they have not renewed the recognition of the second respondent school after 31.05.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bank would now invoke Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
