ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 201, 364 & 302 of IPC in Cr.No.1328 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegal intimacy with the mother of the deceased and when the same was questioned by the deceased, the petitioner is alleged to have drowned the deceased in a Temple tank and committed murder of the deceased. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier this Court has dismissed three bail petitions filed by the petitioner and this is the fourth bail petition filed by him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and that the earlier bail petitions were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
