This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.06.2019 passed in IA.No.1 of 2018 in GOP.No.378 of 2018 by the Family Court, Cuddalore.

When the matter was listed on 02.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 03.03.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 03.03.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
