(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that despite notice dated 19.01.2016 issued by the Tambaram Greater Municipality/respondent No.1 in respect of Flat Nos.G2 and F2 qua respondent No.2 in respect of a wall constructed in the set back portion and calling the same to be removed, nothing has been done.

2. We direct the first respondent/Municipality to take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of two months from today.
