O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.424 of 2015 dated 25.09.2015 within a stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.424 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 397 IPC. But, the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is going on and hence, he prays for three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.424 of 2015 has been registered as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
