This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.2225 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and quash the proceedings as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in this case, trial has been commenced and PW1-Rajkumar was examined in chief and the case is pending for cross examination.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise his defence before the trial court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
