Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to directing the respondents to produce the detenu namely Mr.Yogesh S/o.Chellachamy, age 25 years, before this Court and set him at aborts.

O R D E R
(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the father of the detenu - Yogesh, aged 25 about years.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu was not with the 2nd respondent. On enquiry, with the 2nd respondent, who is present in court, she has stated that she has since and moved on and now she is living with her husband. The investigation conducted so far revealed that the respondent police is unable to trace the detenu.
3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. However, the 1st respondent shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
