ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to add Section 147,148 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code in Cr.No.139/2017 dated 04.02.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report has already been filed on 25.08.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee for an offence under Section 323, 324, 326, 341 & 506(ii) IPC and the Final Report is yet to be taken on file.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, to take on file the Final Report filed in Cr.No.139 of 2017, and proceed with the same in accordance with law.
