When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 02.02.2024, the matter was referred for settlement before the National Lok Adalat which took place on 09.03.2024 and the matter was settled between the parties amicably. The learned counsel for the respondent has also admitted the same.

3. In view of the settlement made by the learned counsel for either side, there is no further adjudication is required and the same stands dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P. Is also closed.
