ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 13.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is requested for changing the electricity service connection in the name of the petitioner from the name of the fourth respondent or to close the electricity service connection which presently stands in the name of the 4 th respondent.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 13.02.2025, after offering opportunity to the 4 th respondent and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
