Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation request number: 9538028 dated 11.08.2024 and to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.351/2 and 351/12 measuring an 1/5

extend of 0.0143.0 Sq.m and 0.0059.0 sq.m respectively situated at Unjanai Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and to fix its boundaries as per patta number 638 and 643, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 11.08.2024 seeking survey of the land in S.Nos.351/2 and 351/12 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he submitted online application on 30.04.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and paid necessary charges for the survey. The said application has not been considered. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 11.08.2024 requesting the second respondent to survey the land, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.U.Baranidaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 30.04.2024 in E-Challan No.20240430010288 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
