The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to permit the students, who have been admitted in the petitioner / Institute for the Academic Year 2020-2021 to appear for examinations

2. The students admitted in the petitioner / Institute was not permitted to write the examination during the Academic Year 2020-2021.

3. Mr. Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has furnished a copy of the letter issued by the Principal, District Teachers Training Institute to the Director dated 08.02.2024, which would reveal that no permission has been granted permitting the students to writ the examination.

4. In view of the said letter, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance and no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 08.02.2024 Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order To
