The learned counsel for the petitioners has given a letter dated 03.03.2023 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the impugned FIR in Cr.No.7 of 2018 was closed as "further action dropped" by the respondent police and hence, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
