This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in connection with the case in S.T.C No.473 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate Court at Tirukoilur and quash the same.

2.This petition has been listed for admission on 09.10.2017. At the time of admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournment and it was accordingly adjourned to 16.11.2017. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter even for admission and the matter is pending for more than three years even for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
