This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records related to the case in Crime NO.39 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was called on earlier occasion ie. on 15.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to list on 26.07.2021. When the matter was taken up on 28.07.2021 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to list on 29.07.2021 ie. today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
