ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the examination of all the witnesses was completed and the case is now at the stage of pronouncing judgment.

2. This Court does not find any illegality and infirmity in the orders passed by the Court below in dismissing the application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C to recall PW1 to PW14 and PW17 for the purpose of cross examination.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
