ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024 to register the sale deed in MIG Plot No.4, part 5, Vellore Housing Unit, Sathuvachari, Vellore District 632 009 based on this Court's order in Appeal Suit No.510/2015 dated 12.04.2016.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that a plot was alloted to the petitioner on 28.01.2022 by the second respondent. The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent to calculate the amount which was fixed for his co-allotees for registering the sale deed and the same was not considered. Hence the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that whatever the 2/4

amount demanded by the respondents today, the petitioner is ready to pay the same. Hence, this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as on date, the total due is Rs.6,14,664/-. It the said amount is paid by the petitioner, a sale deed will be executed within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the fair stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,14,664/- to the second respondent on 30.10.2024 without any further interest. Upon receipt of the said amount, the second respondent is directed to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3/4
