This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 25.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14564 of 2024, directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am, for a period of three months.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions without fail and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
