This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.372 of 2013.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" on 17.06.2013 in RCS No.21 of 2013, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
