The suit has been filed for specific performance. The property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the defendants 3 and 4 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court at Vadodra.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
