Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Chandrahasan, S/o.A.P.Vasu, life convict,Ct.No.10, aged about 62 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and directing the respondents to consider the petitioner immediately under G.O.Ms.No.1155 Home (Prison-IV) Department Dated 11.09.2008, for premature release and set him at liberty. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner himself is the detenu herein and came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking premature release. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been released from the jail and hence, no further adjudication would be required in this petition.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
