The above petition seeking to permit the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.875/- as Court Fee instead of Rs.1,48,875/- and further grant exemption from paying the balance Court Fee of Rs.1,48,000/-, is ordered, subject to the condition that in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the petitioner will have to pay the requisite Court fee.
