The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 13.04.2015, for which, C.S.R.No.462 of 2015 has been assigned. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.462 of 2015, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 05.05.2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner.
