2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent had conducted investigation and filed a final report. In view of the same, the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report as per law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
