Application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to file additional documents. The additional documents now sought to be filed are three acknowledgement cards, copies of notices exchanged and original exam answer sheets.

2. Heard learned counsel for the respondent. In view of the fact that during Trial it is only appropriate that the parties are permitted and given an opportunity to put forth their case in entirety and this would also include producing documents which according to them are relevant to decide the issues, however, subject to the documents being admissible in nature and being true and in manner known to law, the application is allowed.

3. Application No.4550 of 2022 had been allowed vide order dated 13.10.2022.
