ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Chennai City to enquire the complaint given by the petitioner which was taken as C.No.3001/ CCB/ Visitors / 2015 dated 23.11.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not followed the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and not held enquiry and hence, prays for a direction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 10.02.2016. Today, he also produced the closure report.
