2.On 31.08.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the 1st respondent Police and this Court directed the petitioner to take private notice to the 2nd respondent.

3.Despite the name of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent printed in the cause list, no representation for the 2nd respondent today.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has got no objection to condone the delay.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
