The petitioner has filed these criminal miscellaneous petitions to modify and to extend the time to comply with the condition (6) as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7074 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- to the credit of Taluk Legal Services Authority.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Dharmapuri, as non-refundable deposit...."

It is made clear that all other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Further, the time already granted by this Court to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7074 of 2023 on 20.04.2023 is extended by two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed.

5. With the above directions, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand ordered.
