The respondents have preferred W.A.No.2532 of 2025 against the order passed in the writ petition, wherein, interim order has been passed on 19.08.2025 stating that no coercive steps to be taken by the writ petitioner.

2. When the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has seized of the matter, it will not be appropriate for this Court to adjudicate the contempt proceedings.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the final outcome of the writ appeal.
