The Transfer Petition is filed to transfer HMOP No.175 of 2022 from the Sub Court, Udumalaipet to the Sub Court, Dharapuram. Both the Sub Courts at Udumalpet and Dharapuram are situated at Tiruppur District.

2. That being the factum, the petitioner has to approach the Principal District Court for the purpose of transfer of the case under Section 24 of the Civil Procedures Code. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition for transfer before the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur.

3. With this liberty, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
