This petition is filed to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the Review Application in Rev.Appl.SR.No.104961 of 2022, to review the order passed by this Court dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1330 days in filing a Second Appeal. 2.Even though this Court is not convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit for the delay, it is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner filed originally an application for modification. It is further stated that, since this Court could not entertain the petition for modification, the present review application is filed. 3.Therefore, this petition is ordered, however, on payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand and five hundred only) payable to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
