ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to quash the order of the first respondent in G.O. (D) No.78 Home (Prison IV) Department dated 19.01.2017 and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Pitchai, S/o.Saminathan, C.T.No.7302, Life Convict, aged about 60 years, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

confined in the Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Court and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu has already been released.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
