This Petition has been filed to amend the Petitioner's name as "Gobinath"

instead of "Gobinath @ Subbukutti" in the above Crl.OP.No.17281 of 2023 and the order passed in Crl.OP.No.17281 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Therefore, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the Petition filed in Crl.OP.No.17281 of 2023 and in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.17281 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.
