Crl.M.P.No.15173 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15173 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.18750 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18750 of 2022 by order dated 10.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18750 of 2022 by an order dated 10.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
