When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the respondent in her proceedings in 1/3

Na.Ka.No.1791/AA1/2025, dated 02.09.2025 passed an order disposing the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.06.2024. The copy of the order passed by the respondent is produced before this Court.

2. In view of the same, the direction issued by this Court has been complied with by the respondent and the contempt petition is closed.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1791/AA1/2025, dated 02.09.2025, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
