ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2019, to take appropriate action against the third respondent and provide police protection to the petitioner's life and to live peacefully in her village at E.Keeranur village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that if the petitioner lodge a fresh complaint and it will be considering the same.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint for seeking police protection.
