Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Pappireddipatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2023 (previously O.S.No.105 of 2013 on the file of the Sub-Court, Harur) within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.18 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Pappireddipatti (previously O.S.No.105 of 2013 on the file of the Sub-Court, Harur) within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2/4

2. When the matter came up for admission on 05.09.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge at Pappireddipatti has submitted a report stating that certain interlocutory applications are pending and once they ordered, he will take up the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2023 for trial. Therefore, he requests six months time to dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Pappireddipatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2023 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
