O R D ER Heard Mr.G.Mohanakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for petitioners, Mr.C.Iyyappan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and Mr.N.Vijaya Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.
2. The Criminal Original Petition was referred for mediation by an order dated 29.02.2016. By the untiring efforts of the dedicated mediators, the parties were able to enter into an agreement dated 11.03.2016. For better appreciation, the entire agreement is quoted herein below:

The petitioners have agreed to pay a Sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) in cash to the Defacto Complainant.

The Defacto Complainant has received the same and duly acknowledged.

Both the parties agreed that there are no further claims against each other.
