This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 18.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed.

3. Taking note of the said submission, the condition imposed on this petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a Month i.e., 1st day of English Calender Month at 10.00 am until further orders, is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
