ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the fair and final order dated 02.11.2023 passed in MC.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the learned Family Court Judge, Krishnagiri. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 167 days is condoned and the petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the present petition shall stand automatically cancelled. 06.06.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order lok Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
