1. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time to get instructions and requested to post the matter on 02.01.2023 and undertakes not to precipitate the matter till then.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to grant interim protection and accordingly interim protection is granted to the petitioners till 02.01.2023 and till then, the respondent shall not precipitate the matter.
