.. Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent herein to produce the body of petitioner's minor son Sudharsan, aged about 11⁄2 years before this Hon'ble Court and handover custody to the petitioner.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, who is minor child. The detenue was stated to have been missing from 26.05.2017 onwards when the parents of the detenu went to Mathagukaatha Amman Temple at Mahendrawadi. The child was lost during the mid-night.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that search is still going on and inspite of best efforts no further progress has been made.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to keep this petition any longer. The petitioner can very well approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate relief.
