This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1662 days in filing the petition in C.M.P.SR.No.99602 of 2023 to restore the C.M.P.No.20988 of 2018 dated 13.12.2018 in C.M.A.SR.No.127524 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. It is made clear that the claimant/appellant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1662 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
