Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 5 to 7 from interfering the civi dispute pending between the petitioner and her husband without due process of law, consequentially issue direction against the respondents 1 to 4 to take proper action against the respondents 5 to 7 an two other women police constables and one men police constable who involved in the above illegal act, based on the representation given on 23.11.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 5 to 7 from interfering the civil dispute pending 2/4

between the petitioner and her husband without due process of law, consequentially issue direction against the respondents 1 to 4 to take proper action against the respondents 5 to 7 an two other women police constables and one men police constable who involved in the above illegal act, based on the representation given on 23.11.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the issue between the petitioner and her husband is a matrimonial dispute and the respondent police will not interfere with the same.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
