No.8398 of 2021 R.N.MANJULA, J., This petition is filed to extend the time to surrender before the Special Court for trial of cases SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Erode in Crime No.67 of 2022 in the Crl.M.P.No.12258 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8398 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022.
2. It is seen that Crl.M.P.No.12258 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8398 was allowed on 18.08.2022 and 10 days time has been extended for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the non-appearance of the defacto complainant before the lower Court, the petitioners are not able to comply with the order within time frame and hence, the time may be extended further.
