ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner dated 06.07.2023 in S.C.No.137/2021 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial for Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Earlier the petitioner has filed a petition seeking suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P.No.10240 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.555 of 2025 and this Court vide order dated 04.06.2025 has dismissed the same as the petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence against the minor victim and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Now the present petition has been filed seeking the same relief. As there are no change of circumstances in the case, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.
